I have recently moved to Henley-in Arden and called in to Complete Dental to enquire if the practice is still registering NHS patients, not expecting them to do so. I was met with a very curt no! from the reception person. I then asked if they had any information on becoming a Private Patient, again I was met with another very curt no! hence I walked out. I was quite shocked at how I was treated. I was fully prepared to register as a private patient knowing how difficult it is to register as an NHS patient, but had no option to do so. I called another local dentist and the experience was the exact opposite to how I was treated at Complete Dental, who in my opinion, obviously do not Value their customer/client care.

I attended the practice today for an appointment with the Hygienist ( new hygienist to me ) very satisfactory, pleasing experience all round. Booked in again for 6 months straight away, would thoroughly recommend.

I have been a patient there for some time, I have always been very pleased with my treatment.They always try to fit you in if you have an emergency

I went to this dentist a year ago for a complete overview and what a superb job they have done. I also have experienced the best hygienist I have known in the business. Wonderful professional and amicable attitude of all the staff from the moment you walk in the door to as good a dentist as you will find.

I have been a patient at Henley dental for about 7 years . I have had very bad experiences with previous dentist but this whole experience has been amazing . A lot of my friends and family have recommended this practice to others as the attention to detail and the personal touch is second to none . I would recommend this practice to anyone who is nervous , had bad experience's and who wants the personal touch . Thank you to all the amazing staff from reception , dentist to the hard working nurses .

Having had bad experiences in the past with Dentists. I can honestly say I have found the best practice and couldn’t be happier. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are friendly and efficient.

They are always so friendly and helpful and the dentist is lovely- have had a number of appointments and he's always patients and calm.

This was my first time to this practice, and I admit to being a little anxious when visiting the dentist. The whole experience, was however, great. Staff very friendly, and the dentist put me at ease. Thankyou.

Had an amazing experience as soon as I walked through the door, I was a new patient and I felt welcome by the ladies at the desk as well as the dentist and his nurse! Lovely people will definitely be telling my friends and family to come here!
