The dentist and her assistant were very polite and after checking my teeth informed me in detail what I needed to do to maintain my teeth and help with a gum infection and rebooked me to see her in 3 months but if the infection got worse to return sooner

This was my 2nd appointment with Whitney and it was once again a first class experience. Whitney made me feel very comfortable and relaxed about my worrying problem and absolutely everything possible was fully explained to me prior too... and during the treatment. Nothing was too much trouble and Whitney's skill, professionalism, care and compassion was superb. If you couple this experience with the professionalism of the team on reception, you have all the ingredients for a fantastic Dental Surgery.

Pleasantly welcomed by reception staff. Directed to waiting area. Collected by the dentist and shown to treatment room. All procedures carefully explained to me. A thorough examination. A discussion about further treatment required. Wished a good day. Receptionist very helpful with booking future appointments and explaining about payment procedures. Overall, an excellent service

I am a very nervous dental patient, after a bad childhood experience. All staff very pleasant in a calm environment, which helps me enormously.

We had a mix up with the timings of our appointments so ended up being slightly late, but they were very accommodating and still saw all of us.

Unfortunately my appointment couldn’t go ahead as I wasn’t able to bring my double pushchair into the practise the door wasn’t wide enough. As far as I am aware double pushchairs are standard size and smaller than wheelchair. I have two disabled children and my time is very limited when I can attend any appointments without them. I did attempt my appointment with the help of a member of the reception team by carrying my children in and leaving my pushchair outside. However my daughter got too upset after she had to get out of the pushchair so we were unable to continue the appointment

Dear Jessica, Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear your appointment could not run as smoothly as both you and we would have liked. The current ramp and porch extension was added to the practice a number of years ago, we do have a number of patients who use the door way with mobility scooters and wheelchairs who have no issues with the door way. However we have noticed a small number of issues with side by side double pushchairs, especially where the wheel placements are extra width to the side of the frame. We do our best to try and help our patients with any circumstances we can, and I am pleased that members of the team did try to assist you with your appointment. We are continually trying to improve the practice and we do take all patients feedback into consideration. If you wish to discuss this further I will be more than happy to try and work to find a solution that may work for you and your family in future appointments. Kind regards Laura-Practice Manager
