1. Review titled Receptionist do NOT understand simple questions

   Asked if they were taking on new patients, as it says so on the NHS website, the Receptionist said no only in the first week of the month, however this website was updated 5th April, making it after the first week of the month, she would not understand how this is conflicting and could barely speak or understand properly, illiterate and lack of simply understanding 5 days of a week consequently pass a the start of a month!
