    Lack of communication, started of well but then went completely downhill. Paid almost £4000 and feels like I've got nothing out of it. The last few months before I gave up there was zero contact to check how i was getting along and the treatment, they were just uninterested.

    The owner of the practice is extremely rude and patronising. I was made to feel worthless and upset because I wasn’t happy at the end of my Invisalign treatment. She made me feel stupid!! They are good at taking your money but their customer service/care is terrible. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere! I wish I had!!!!!!

    I was referred to this practice and attended today with my son. I was appalled at how rude this orthodontist was she was very abrupt and short with me and my son. We had photographs taken first, then sent back out to sign forms. We were then called back in for an xray. She then read the email from the dentist referral and said she couldn't do anything and we didn't qualify for braces. Asked us to wait outside again whilst she produced a letter to give that we had to deliver to our dentist - why this couldn't be posted or emailed, I don't know. It was like a production line. She was so abrupt with my 12 yr old son and kept snapping orders at him to open his mouth and bite on the groove. I have never had experienced anyone in this line of work to be like this and wouldn't return there. Considering we were new patients you would think she would have been more polite.

    Initial consultation - discussed Invisalign which had to be both top & bottom due to bite as I only wanted top straightening.. Was told my teeth would then be filed and would do composite bonding to build a couple of teeth up.. The braces were uncomfortable and not fitting right which I kept on about and finally a new set were ordered.. I’ve now been told to go back to my own dentist and pay for composite bonding.. There is no care for my bottom teeth at all.. It’s like give me your money and let’s get you out.. She asks me if my teeth are straight.. She’s the professional not me.. A friend recommended me to this place who was in mid treatment.. At end of her treatment she said she was appalled by the service and they were rushing here and promised free teeth cleaning to then say no that wasn’t part of deal.. They lie at the consultation and promise you alot but deliver nothing.. She’s so condescending and complete agree with the reviews above..
