Today was my first appointment (and last) visiting this dentist, the standards of hygiene are worrying. I went to the loo before my appointment, there was mould on the inside of the windows and a fusty smell. When the dentist came to call my name they looked unwell and not with it, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. On entering the treatment room he told me to take a seat and I had to squeeze on the chair as he hadn't set it up for easy access. Whilst he was doing something in the corner I couldn't believe how dirty the place was, he also looked very unkempt, and judging by the previous comment on here i can see why. The 3 utensils which he would have used to check the inside of my mouth were laid out, and i was shocked and appauled to see they were dirty and rusty... I politely said I didn't want to stay, giving the excuse I was anxious. There was no way I would be staying to have any treatment here.

I attended for my first appointment today. I’m an extremely anxious person and had waited a long time for the appointment. The dentist barely looked at me when asking the questions. At one point I cried when talking about a sensitive subject and she didn’t appear to notice. She was really rude and abrupt. Luckily I will see another dentist next time and hopefully will have a better experience as the other staff I dealt with were lovely.

On Wed site says they are taking nhd appointments phoned them to get one and was told by the receptionist that they are not taking g any nhs appointments

I have just had my appointment cancelled at short notice for the 3rd time after having to wait a very long time between each cancelled appointment. I will not be re booking…terrible service!

Very impressed with Dr Lone following my appointment today. He’s very professional, thorough and calming. I felt he really cared about the service he was giving me and great advice also.
