  1. Review titled What a superb practice

I am terrified of going to the dentist - indeed, I have not been for 4 years. I broke 3 teeth last week, so rang Chrysalis Dental Practice, explaining that I was disabled and needed a downstairs room. No problem at all said the lovely receptionist, and was booked in. I did not sleep well las night, knowing where I was going. I need not have worried. The friendly receptionist booked me in and asked me to take a seat. Within a few minutes a nurse came to get me and I was taken to a ground floor treatment room. There I was greeted by the dentist, who spoke to me so I understood what he was going to do. an x-ray was taken and we talked through the various options open to me. I agreed totally with what he suggested and I am going to have the "stubs" of my old teeth removed and a plate made. I was given the total costs of everything and a time frame. Everyone was so kind and everyone seemed to smile - a rarity now in some organisations. I am now looking forward to going on with my treatment and now do not have Any fears of dentists. Thank you so much .
