   I had a rear tooth removed today which required 2 numbing injections. I've had multiple gum and upper palate injections before (for wisdom teeth removal and other dental work) but the injections I received today were by far the most painful I've ever had administered. The dentist seemed rushed and showed a lack of patience and care with the needle.
