Do not go here if you are an nhs patient, the dentist treated me like a second rate citizen, just because I cant afford the private treatment. My most recent experience today was like being tortured. I was due to have three fillings half way through the dentist left to take personal phone call and she was gone for 15 mins… when she came back she didn’t apologise and was very heavy handed with me.. she told me I needed root canal and she refused to refer me on the nhs and was difficult about the whole thing. I left the dentist in tears and the only two people there who offered any care was a dental nurse whose name I didn’t get and a lovely receptionist. she was lovely and showed more care and compassion.. this is the dentist everyone fears going to. I do not recommend this dentist unless you can afford private care and then you will be treated with care. As a registered nurse I know this is not how you treat a human, and someone who is in vulnerable position. The dentist also didn’t give after care…

I broke a tooth and I struggle with my mental health. I went to the appointment and open up about my situation with the dentist who informed me nothing could be done. However I visited another dentist who was fantastic and fixed my tooth . I feel just because NHS patient and claiming benefits I was dismissed and treated with no respect. I hope this will not happen to anyone in the future. Thanks for your time

I was very pleased to find a dentist that would accept certain NHS patients, my treatment was brilliant, I can smile again now with some confidence.

Rude staff with condescending attitude, distasteful premises. Never again! Save your money and go somewhere more reputable.

I have registered with this practice as they confirmed they do after 5pm appointments but this is completely incorrect as I had to have a very persuasive conversation in order to book a 5:15 appointment only for this to be cancelled. Explanation I got is that dentists do not like having appointments at 5 or later.

My experience with the dentist ( in previous visits) was great . She was extremely professional and helpful. Today it was my daughter’s appointment and I was 10 min late. The receptionist was extremely rude and her behaviour was very disappointing. It completely ruined our day .
