My daughter was referred twice by her dentist and both times the team were lovely patient and caring my daughter wasn't scared about returning the second time thank you all

I was apprehensive about my dental procedure - a root canal removal. The Oral Surgeon, along with the Nurse, were patient, thoughtful and extremely caring, making the whole experience far easier and settled my anxiety quickly. This was my first visit to this Pravtice and I could not recommend it enough.

Entered the practice and I was put at rest by the lovely receptionist straight away as she saw I was worried. Called to the room and from the minute nurse the nurse saw me she took complete control , fully explained the procedure and was so so happy she made me feel comfortable even giving my hand a mum rub as she could see I was worried. I'm 46 by the way. Introduced to the amazing dr and after seconds it was like being at home with my family. It was a fantastic time when I was scared. They both was absolutely amazing to me. I was sat in the chair and Dr explained a few things which completely calmed me. Then silly nurse as she called herself took my hand whilst still rubbing it with so much care told me what sedation she was administering ,what it would do,for how long ,and every other detail I was concerned with was explained to me. I was then told to sit back and nurse started the sedation. She said I wouldn't remember much but I do remember my hand being held and rubbed through the whole procedure. I can remember Dr talking to me through it and again he was so caring and carefull and just pure professional at my procedure. ,they are 2 absolute amazing professionals at what they do. I had 2 wisdom out and 2 other teeth on the bottom with stitches and did not feel a thing.dr is the best dentist I've ever seen I 46 years. It's now 5 hours later and I've just eaten in no pain.. I cannot explain how happy I am with how they treated me. I will be going back with gifts and hopefully a hug. There isn't words to describe how amazing they was but chart well and them 2 I shall be recommending forever.a credit to the dentist profession. And 1 last thing .thank you you were amazing.

My Son was referred due to the need to remove a tooth. The team at the clinic were extremely well prepared and understood that waiting around would add to the fear my Son was already feeling. They showed great empathy and each member of the team spent time putting him at ease and clearly explaining the process in layman's terms. The level of professionalism but importantly passion in their work was incredibly refreshing considering the pressure these clinics are under.

My 10 year old needed two teeth extracting under sedation. She had previously had a bad experience having another one out in our local dentist, and was very scared. The dentist and nurse were both excellent at talking to children, engaging her in discussion about what would happen, how she would feel, and were quick and efficient. Obviously she didn't love the experience, but was calm and relieved when it was over and they couldn't have been friendlier or more understanding. Afterwards, she said she was glad that now she knows if she has to have any other teeth out, it won't be as bad as she thought. I highly recommend the dentist and nurse we saw and would happily bring my children for more treatment here, despite the 45 minute journey as they are clearly great at what they do.

My son had 4 teeth removed on Friday ready for his orthodontic work. The staff were friendly, helpful and caring. It is my second time here with my son and I can highly recommend them anyone needed their services.

I had a tooth extracted under sedation and was very anxious as I have had a lot of issues/pain with this tooth as I had an enflamed root which made it quite painful. The staff from reception all the way through were friendly and caring. During the procedure itself, I really can't fault it. They listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and went through it all with me. I had a conscious sedation and was unsure what to expect, and after the first bit was given (it was given in 3 parts) I do not remember anything else, the next thing I do remember was them telling me my tooth was out and showing me. I was genuinely shocked and very delighted as it was a pain-free, comfortable experience. I am still healing, but i wanted to say thankyou - Great team!

The staff were quick. Efficient, encouraging and compassionate- tremendous team. Really appreciate that they listened to worries and had enough time to take things slowly and give care to mother/recovery also

I was referred to Chartwell for a tooth extraction- I had worked my self in to quite an anxious state ( not sure why, but there it is ). The dentist and her assistant put me immediately at my ease, the procedure was over very quickly and efficiently. I also asked for some advice on another dental matter which i will certainly use. All in all, a very good experience, and the practice is wholly recommended .
