My first impression was formulated by being greeted by receptionist and sitting in small room furnished with two settee's a TV screen and small coffee table and pictures of Coventry. Soft music in background. People on appointments so no large groups. Lighting perfect. I liked the idea that it was not clinical except for poster's for whitening your teeth and leaflets Environment suitable for nervous patients or those on autistic spectrum with sensory overload problems. It felt very safe and inviting. The dentist pleasant professional and respectful. My second visit for some treatment showed how knowledgeable he was. I was comfortable informed and happy with my treatment. There was hand sanitizer to use. Two clinical rooms and suitable for less mobile as one downstairs. It had ramp outside but not sure re getting in front door with wheelchair. Parking did not seem to pose a problem. It was very well thought out and staff and dentist spoke to me and not 'at me.' Staff professional wore clean uniforms and masks as needed. I was very impressed and felt I was treated with respect not rushed and given information so I in turn made informed decisions. Its important to people especially young children to feel safe and happy to return. Overall performance was excellent in my view. Looked clean and well maintained
