Always so helpful and kind. I have a massive fear of the dentist but I can honestly say that they make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere different!

Helpful nice reception staff, the dentist on the other hand was useless, had no idea what he was doing or any interest in wanting to resolve the issue and just wanted to refer me elsewhere, wish I had my usual guy who’s always great and really helpful

All staff from the front desk to the chair are very friendly, polite, presentable and all round professional. All staff I encountered are extremely valuable assets to the team.

The fact I was able to see a dentist on the day I broke my tooth was appreciated. But, I was not impressed with not been able to get through to the surgery by phone after over an hour of trying. I had to go to the surgery in person to make the appointment.

Receptionist, nurse and dentist were all lovely - very welcoming. I don't like going to the dentist but they made sure it wasn't a stressful experience and answered all my questions.

Needed an emergency appointment to repair or replace damaged filling. Appointment made swiftly on same day and completed satisfactorily. Really pleased to have had it done just before my holiday. Thank you.
