The understanding and friendliness of my dentist. Brought my next check up forward which i was pleased about. The lady on the desk was so friendly, helped me with my form.

My dentist remembered my history, gave clear feedback on my oral health, and advised me on the next steps to be taken by me and by him/the dental surgery. The ladies in reception were polite and welcoming, as was the dental nurse who took me through to my appointment.

My fab dentist who is recently new to the practice... Why is he leaving????? He us very good.... Very prifessiinal and gives good dental advice...

As a person who has always had a fear of dentists I can express enough how brilliant it is to find someone you can trust and takes the time to explain everything step by step that they are doing to do . I can’t recommend. this dental practice enough .

Answered all my questions and gave me options for my treatment. Everyone was super friendly and just seemed like a very nice and calm atmosphere, which is exactly what you need when you fear the dentist. Iv been with remarkable smiles for years now (among other dentists) but remarkable smiles is by far the best dentist Iv ever been to. Thank you for always making me feel relaxed and being so patient :)

Timely. Good advice on level of treatment needed next to avoid unnecessary expenditure though all options given. Very positive friendly staff/dentist as usual. I always feel looked after.

Getting through on the phone line was awful. I rang multiple times and when you get the front of the queue you get put through to a voicemail which is no good when you’re trying to book an emergency appointment. Then seeing the dentist today was fine, lovely dentist. Booking my follow up (as this was a “patch job”) the receptionist had to go and speak to the dentist. When I said can it be with my normal dentist Jake on my appointment she then had to go and discuss it with him so I had to wait until his appointment was finished even though Jake had already said it would need doing the last time I saw him while I was pregnant. All in all, a lot of waiting around and frustration…
