Today I had an appointment at 14:05. Finally let in the building after their lunch hour of 1pm - 2pm at 14:04 after another patient knocked to be let in. Waited over 10 minutes for my checkup before I was called in nearly 15 minutes late. I spent a total of 3 minutes in the room, told everything looked fine and sent on my way. Charged £26 for a three minute "checkup" and not one member of staff seemed to care they were late, not a hint of an apology. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and it is the worst it has been

Fantastic practice, everything is explained so easily to you , all questions answerd to , such amazing friendly staff , highly recommend

I went into this practice yesterday to book an appointment to be told I had been removed from the patient list as I hadn't been in for 2 years.I was totally shocked as I had not been informed that this was their policy Absolutely no correspondence whatsoever.Now I can't find an NHS dentist.How can this be patient care
