I was put at ease the second I walked in. They are very friendly and likeable. The seats are comfy, with enough elbow room so that you're not hitting the person next to you. The nurse was very pleasant. The dentist was smiling, he genuinely looked like he was glad to see me. They were both very polite and professional, with a little bit of humour. My details were taken in the surgery and not while walking down the corridor (I did witness a nurse ask a patient her details as they were walking down the corridor). They didn't seem to be in a rush to get me out of the surgery, which was good, because I can talk, lol. And in reception it was the same, no rush to get you out of the practice. A very enjoyable experience.

This practice is amazing. Provided an excellent service of care to NHS patients. My dentist was fabulous with mine and my husband's treatment and was so kind and patient with my 8 year old whilst carrying out a filling. The reception staff are lovely and the whole team are just great. A big thank you to everyone there, really great experience.

Explained everything as she went along very confident and patient extremely helpful and told me everything what was needed and when they can do it

We were seen on time, the staff are all polite and helpful. Everything was explained to me. The reception and surgery were all spotlessly clean.

I cannot praise this Dental Clinic enough. From the friendly greeting on arrival, the actual dental checkup and treatment though to the final task of arranging the next routine appointment, the whole experience was 1st class. I wholeheartedly recommend Canterbury Cosmetics.

I’ve been really impressed with this dentist and how professional and personable the staff are. They are great with children and made my 6year old feel at ease really quickly and he is now successfully having his checkups regularly.

I cannot praise this dental pratice high enough. I am always greeted with a very friendly, polite and helpful reception team. The Receptionists always put you at ease and answer all your querries. My dentist is the best dentist I have ever had in the last 50 years. My dentist always greets you with a big smile which puts you at ease straight away. I am frightened of needles and I can honestly say, that she is so gentle that you don't even feel the needle going in. My dentist always takes time to explain the treatment needed and costs involved. During the treatment, my dentist always made sure that there was no pain or if I needed to have a break. The dental nurse was brilliant too by making sure I was comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery to everyone as you will not be disappointed. It is very clean, friendly and welcoming. The staff are all absolutely fantastic. Its a shame that I am unable to praise the staff by writing their names especially my dentist.

Efficient service and good advice from the dentist. Staff friendly helpful and efficient. The treatment that I have received since becoming registered with this practise has always been conducted in a professional and efficient way. This latest appointment was conducted in the same manner.

Receptionists are very polite considerate & caring. The dentist himself instantly makes you feel at ease. I have had bad experiences with another practice the dentist here rectified the problem immediately I had a tooth extracted here 6 months ago and instantly the pressure I had felt for a few years disappeared. I had a check up last week and all is good for another 6 months.
