Recently walked into the surgery to enquire about new NHS Patients. Had to walk in as they never answered the phone. The receptionist gave me the impression she would rather not be there and didn't really care about the practice or myself as a potential patient. She did say they are taking on new NHS patients and I was to fill out my details on a scrap piece of paper. She then filled this in the middle of a bunch of files. I was told she would be in contact within a few weeks to book an appointment. Why this couldn't be done then and there I do not know. After a month I once again tried calling and never got answered as have yet to hear back from them. I have tried emailing but that has also been ignored. Given the experience I have received so far i will not be trying to join as clearly they care very little about their patients or potential patients. I am surprised this practice is still open and there are not more poor reviews. All I can say is avoid!

I am really disappointed with this dentist. I had an appointment booked for a filling as I had a cracked tooth causing me discomfort. after 2 months of waiting for this appointment I turn up to find another patient waiting outside due to the doors being locked both our appointments were booked for 1:15 and 1:30 by 1:40 a receptionist comes back from where ever she had been no apologies for keeping us waiting just unlocks the door and turn around to me to tell me the dentist was poorly and therefore couldn’t do my appointment! No phone call to let me know. No second appointment booked, no apology. Not to mention I had paid to put my daughter in childcare to get this long awaited filling! I’m disgusted with the way I have been treated and have been left with this pain now to carry on.
