I am an NHS patient who over 2 years ago was told "your dentist has left so your appointment is cancelled, we will contact you to make a new appointment soon". Months later I was contacted only to be told the next appointment I could make (I am restricted to school holidays) was 9 months away. I confirmed the appointment and happily turned up months later to be told I had not appointment - computer error (no real apology)! New appointment made for 2 months later in next school holiday. Appointment cancelled the day before because the dentist is "on holiday". Poor! I would have been struck off the NHS list if I had done this.

I had a dental emergency involving the loss of a crown. The practice team was able to remedy this with a minimum of fuss and delay. An excellent experience which is much appreciated. Thank you Nick Pearson
