My dentist had no manners and he wasnt even a good dentist. He is now going private ,good luck with that......

Extremely disappointed and let down by Bupa Dental Practice Westbourne. I have been an NHS patient at Westbourne Practice for many years and have regular 6-monthly appointments to which I book in advance. Due to being in hospital unexpectedly I had to cancel my recent appointment in January and called with good notice and to also reschedule only to be told this was not possible as an NHS patient and they wouldn't honour my long standing appointment!! Appalled and let down and now left trying to find an NHS dentist! I appreciate there is a crisis within the NHS particularly dentist's but to refuse to honour a check up which takes 5 minutes as as an pre-existing NHS appointment is unacceptable. They are still advertising that they accept NHS patients on their website!!
