Having recently relocated to the area, I was recommended to this practice and was very impresssed. I had an extremely warm welcome from the practice manager and my dental treatment was first class. Charges and the Smile Plan were all explained very clearly before my appointment and I would definitely recommend this friendly practice.

Phoning this practice to reschedule an appointment is extremely stressful and not recommended, if you have any aversion to wasting hours of your life on hold (...pressing 'option 1 to continue to hold' every 30 seconds). Once you've held for about 15 minutes, don't be surprised if they simply hang up your call so that you have to start all over again. Absolutely dismal service. And simply, rude! I'm sure they could afford the tiny capital outlay of a call queuing service to bring them into the 21st century and stop irritating patients. I've been trying to get through for over 90 minutes today! It's beyond terrible!

I was really pleased with the way my treatment was done. I was inform about my options. I was well looked-after and everyone is professional. My dentist was really friendly and made me feel at ease.

We’ve had a few appointments on a private basis with this practice and they’ve always been great. I’m really nervous of the dentist due to some past trauma, but they put me at my ease and have really helped me regain confidence in going regularly. I have two small children and our dentist is great with them too - they love going to see her! The reception team are quick to respond and make callbacks if needed and so far, we’ve always been able to get an appointment. Would definitely recommend.
