   I support multiple people with learning disability who attended this dentist and other bupa practices. Mr o, has been by the best Dentist that we have seen. He is very empathetic and understanding of learning disabilities and caters to each individuals needs whilst in the appointment. He always ensures the best care and looks after their needs reguarding issues with teeth. He also finds ways suitable to make sure the citizens feel welcome and comfortable with any treatment he is doing. He also speaks to myself ( support worker ) well and explains in detail what is going on in the consultation. I have reccomended him and the practice to many other people. However they are not taking on any new nhs staff. The reception women are lovely and always cater to appointment times needed. They greet with a smile and know people by name. Which is a lovely touch
