   I was a registered patient here. I needed an urgent appointment, but when I tried to contact them, I found that they had closed down. BUPA are still trading, so there was no good reason for not telling their patients that they no longer had a dentist.

   I take no pleasure leaving this review. I required a denture and, despite including my broken denture to copy, the company used by Bupa failed dismally to come even close. The first attempt was ridiculous, massive, loose fitting and the second not much better. After the first “fitting”, I honestly felt humiliated and quite upset. After the second failed attempt I decided I had no faith in this ever being satisfactory delivered. This as a private patient too.

Issues with external laboratories do happen from time to time which are beyond our control, and we understand the frustration this can cause. We can sometimes speak with the lab technicians over the phone to help resolve the issues, or alternatively the Dentist may choose to use a different laboratory. Please don't hesitate to speak with our team to see what further options would be available to you.
