The dentist i saw was extremely unsympathetic. I am a very anxious patient and he was very impatient and ignorant. Long story short, he told me if I dont want the treatment then to leave the room, ignoring the clear miscommunication as to what the appointment was about. I was told I was there for a sedation consultation, he decided to attempt to take the tooth out with a normal procedure, of which was already discussed with my previous dentist that was not an option due to the severity of my anxiety towards the dentist. Not only does he then go on to say I wont fit the requirements for sedation, referring to my weight, without taking any information from me ie weight and height, whilst I was in hysterics just to make the matter worse. I am disgusted with the low level customer service I received.

It seems you are referring to an appointment with the Minor Oral Surgery clinic which is separate from the routine dental care. I would advise you speak to to the manager of MOS on the following number 01733 230036
