Experiencing great pain, I was given an appointment at short notice.From Reception to my dentist and her nurse I was given the most sympathetic, professional and expert care. Thank you for your kindness.

on arriving the reception staff are very friendly and polite, they always try their best to make appointments convenient around school times etc would highly recommend this practice

Thank you to the staff today for arranging my emergency appointment and to the dentist and assistant who were lovely and caring and made the experience easy, painless and comfortable, can't praise them enough. Thank you so much.

Staff couldn't be more helpful and always help when needed,dentist is great and always fixes problems ASAP,im terrified of the dentist and since being with the North Shields Bupa dentist the experience is so much less stressful,I cant fault the service from all the team

From the Moment I stepped through the door I felt looked after. The Staff was very helpful & friendly. Would recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you to all the staff :)))
