After experiencing severe pain from a loose tooth, i called the practice for an emergency appointment. The receptionist, gave me an appointment for 2 hours later. The dentist and his nurse, made me feel at ease as soon as i entered the treatment room, with there friendliness. I had no pain throughout the procedure of the extraction of my tooth. Highly recommend

Dentist has no people skills at all. Very impatient and belittling. Made me feel so bad about myself. Constantly rolled his eyes at me Told him I could feel pain and put my hand up to stop him but he still continued. This is not the first bad experience with him. Would move dentists but so difficult to get into another one. Didn’t attempt to save my tooth. Seems to be all about money. The dental nurse however is lovely.

Whilst the dentists are good the head receptionist has a real bad attitude, she is abrupt on the phone and in person. Whist I was sat in reception one time she was discussing inappropriate things within ear shot of children.

These guys are great! Very caring .way way better than others I've been to before.the treatment you get going private.ill keep with these people.thanks
