Horrible experience! We booked in for my son's appointment and sat down for just a normal checkup. We were waiting for 1 hour and everyone else was called in. Once we asked what was going on they told us the system unmarked us. The reception team were extremely impolite and rude by telling us "Okay! we're sorry alright? The system keeps marking you as not here! Just wait like 10 minutes." We waited the 10 minutes and we were running late for my daughter's swimming lessons and decided we are going to rebook the appointment for another day.

I called up dentist regarding wisdom tooth pain and I was seen the same day. Anytime I call them the staff are very polite and compassionate when dealing with patient concerns. Mark Crawford
