Warmly professional attitude of dentist and clinical staff along with efficient and friendly reception team always enables me to relax. (It was actually less relaxing to write a review than it was to attend as a patient!

A tooth had fractured high in the gum, and needed to be extracted. There were two small pieces of tooth left after the tooth was removed. The dental surgeon gave me five injections, dug out the pieces, and put in three stitches. When the injections wore off, I had no pain or discomfort whatsoever. Excelllent!

Had an appointment with the Hygienist and it was great. I followed her advice from my last visit, and it paid of. No more inflammation and just a little bleeding from my gums. This visit, just as good as the last: painless, well informed and not worried about going again.

I arrived in ample time and was dealt with quickly, no complaints about treatment except that it seemed quite expensive. However, prior to my attendance, I was, and there is no other term, constantly nagged by e-mail. text etc to ensure my attendance, surely you must have an alternative, sucg as taking a deposit, most irritatating!

Following having cancer twice I am now reliant upon special fluoride toothpaste which can only be prescribed by a dentist. I have had this for a number of years from the practice, but since the end of last year I have been refused appointments as I am over 18 and they don't have the budget to see me. The receptionist i spoke to was lovely but they could only offer me a private appointment which means i would need to pay £14 per tube of toothpaste, I use 1 a month so looking at a significant cost. without the toothpaste i risk tooth decay and significant further complications due to having chemo-radiotherapy on the area and significant damage to my salivary glands.

Having had a pleasant visit with the Dentist, I was advised to see the Hygienist. Got an appointment the next day. Although I am apprehensive about Hygienists (has been painful in the past), this visit was great, no pain, very little bleeding, great advice, not what I expected. Got to go back in 3 month's (wished I'd looked after my teeth), but won't be as anxious as before.

My appointment was on time, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I saw my hygienist who was very helpful and friendly. I was having a problem with one of my teeth and booked the next available appointment with my dentist and true to her word the receptionist rang me later with an earlier cancellation appointment. I am vey pleased with this dental practice.

I have been with the practice for several years now , my experience with them has always been extremely good. They are all very pleasant and helpful from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists. I have never had any problems and would have no hesitation in recommending them

Seen as an emergency patient. Superb care and treatment very impressed. Would thoroughly recommend. Very little discomfort during the whole procedure.

Had to have a tooth removed today and the dentist and nurse were very kind, and understanding. Everything was explained to me in a very reassuring manner and I seriously was not aware when the tooth had been removed. This is my dentist now! I’ve booked in for a check up! Excellent care! Reception staff lovely too!
