When you call up the line is always busy and you never get through to anyone so instead you leave a message to which no one ever gets back to you about. The reception staff are rude and not accommodating. They can only manage to employ one NHS dentist so forget about having check ups or getting an emergency appointment when you are in pain. They have lots of private dentists though so now going to the dentist is a luxury only the minority can afford. Poorly run by Bupa.

Great treatment at a time of such strain Can't say enough. From reception , to nurse to dentist , thankyou for such great care 9ver Xmas
