Mix up over appointment caused me problems and receptionist had a poor attitude. She had a face like thunder, spoke curtly and was unhelpful.

Staff are very friendly,therefore you feel at ease especially if you are nervous of dentists.I was talked through every step of my procedure. Would recommend this practice

Having had previous bad experiences at other dentists I was extremely anxious about my appointment at Bupa Bishop Auckland. However both the Dentist and Dental Nurse put me at ease and clearly explained everything that was going to happen during my treatment. Overall the service from start to finish was outstanding and both members of staff are a credit to their practice and also to Bupa. Thank you both very much and see you again soon.
