My 6 monthly check up . Which I dread . Palpitations and nerves . But calm reception and easy check in . Understanding staff and everything well explained.

I attended last week for some dental treatment. One of the fillings didn't settle. The reception team were brilliant in fitting me at short notice. The dentist was so friendly, putting me at ease and getting me sorted. I am so grateful. Thanks for such amazing service.

Not one but two reception ladies approached my 2 year old child to tell her to stop making noise as it’s not a playground! I then walked my child around trying to calm her and then because she was still making noise I was told that we have to wait outside and that she would come find us when it was our time to be seen, how can I get a 2 year old to be quiet and how are we expected to wait out in the cold, unfortunately there’s no other dentist that are taking on people for us to all change to but I have so much anxiety myself about going back here! Very sad making our first visit so bad!

I've been coming to the practice for a few years now. I have quite a phobia of dentists/dental treatment and get quite embarrassed by it. All staff at this practice are wonderful - make me feel at ease as soon as I walk through the door. I called the morning of 22/08 with severe pain and was booked in for an emergency appointment the same afternoon. Cannot fault the level of care that these folx deliver.
