I have alot of anxiety and don't enjoy visiting the densit and have had alot of bad experiences in the past. Everyone was very lovely and calming so I felt alot more at ease than I thought I would be. The staff were efficient doing xrays on site and answering all my questions and giving good aftercare. I had seen the reviews were quite polarising so was a bit apprehensive but the service I received was very good so I'm glad I went.

I paid £75 for what was supposed to be a hygiene clean, the dentist hardly cleaned anything, I am sooo disappointed in the service I received, I don’t think I will be coming back, they didn’t even let me look in the mirror to see the result before I left, I didn’t get value for my money for the service I received

Everything was explained to me at a level I understood. Even though my outcome was not what I expected after waiting such a long time . Everything was up there with regards to my treatment & customer service

Worst dental experience ever! I used to come here regularly, but I couldn’t remember why I switched, know I do. I book NHS cleanings between my regular private cleanings, but I’ve never booked one here. When I called book I was told it’s a scaling only, they never said that they only clean the teeth with plaque on them, which is what was done, I think that she removed plaque from 4 teeth, absolutely ridiculous! I did this at another practice about three months ago, and although you don’t get a polish, they did go over all my teeth. They didn’t even ask me if I wanted to rinse my mouth out, I’ll never go back there. It was not even 15mins, it was worth about £5.

The dentist asked me a series of questions that I would expect. She advised what I needed to do for my oral health. I was naturally drawn to her because cared for her patients.? This was my first time at the practice and I am glad I chose it.

First time I met this Dentist today, he made me feel at ease which is something I find very hard. Do not like dentist but would like this dentist to treat me in future.

On this occasion the waiting time was excessive, 25 minutes in the negative of the actual appointment time. I appreciate that when I was seen, the Dentist apologised. However, the late running could have been cushioned if I had been updated at the time by the front of house staff. For a dental practice that is located in the centre of Brixton would it be possible to have a more diverse staff personnel at all levels of the practice? I was pleased that my dentist is competent and gave me clear concise information about my dental issue and was able to answer my questions towards teeth remediation, which reassured me. Thank you.

Felt at ease given i am terrified of dentists. Receptionist customer serclvice was on point managed to rearrange time for me to attend on same day.. The dentist was lovely and explained everthing in detail
