Have been today. The dentist is lovely. However upon arriving at the practice the receptionist barked at me the dentist was running 20mins late, i said ok, and she then snapped again and said is that ok? I said yes. Her attitude as a receptionist should be warm and friendly, instead i was met with snappyness. Not what you want when its already a difficult time going to the dentist anyway. Everytime i have been there are always new faces behind reception i wonder why there is high turnover of staff. Not an enjoyable experience.

I have now had two appointments with the same dentist at this Practice, sadly I cannot name them. What can I say? I am so very impressed. They were the most conscientious dentist I have ever had the pleasure to be treated by. They took their time to explain everything and check my understanding at every stage. A very detailed examination and pro-active treatment resulted. It was akin to having my own private treatment, yet on the NHS. Full marks +++

After not going to the dentist in a very long time from fear I went here and they was lovely explained everything I needed doing and that they would help me and work with me absolutely amazing I was so nervous and I was made to feel at ease and not to worry thank you so much.

My Two small choldren (who are obviously not responsible for appointment attendance!) have just been struck off due to a missed appointment! How petty is that, I can understand striking off for non-attendance by an adult but not striking off my children due to my failure to remember the appointment date. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.

This practice sets the standards when it comes to NHS Dental Care! The reception team are always polite, friendly and helpful. My dentist is extremely professional, takes her time to put me at easy, explains what she is about to do and is extremely conscientious when carrying out her treatment. I have a 50 miles round trip to visit this practice but I wouldn't change it for anyone closer.

I've had bad experiences with dentists over the years, and had developed a bit of a phobia. Since being with Brimington I couldn't ask for more, they're calm and reassuring and fantastic at what they do. They take time to explain options and treat you like a person. They fit you in asap if needed and are always prompt, I couldn't ask for more.
