   Have been a patient for about 20 years now however when I needed an appointment after my working hours of 7.30 - 3.30 was advised they were only seeing private patients after 4pm and would I like to go private. Not always possible to attend during my working day but could always get there after 4pm.

We understand your disappointment however feel that there has been some confusion or misunderstanding of our practice policy. We have three dentists providing NHS and private dental treatments every day. As we aim to make our services as easily accessible as possible one of those dentists provides NHS dental services from 9.00am to 5pm Monday to Thursday .
