    My front tooth came out i wrong the practice and the date they gave me for an appointment was January 2024, 6 months away I thought that they made a mistake but know that was the right date I think that they are going all private

    I have no problem with the level of service from the professionals at this practice (albeit as a private patient the prices are eye watering) but the receptionists are very cold, uncaring and rude. No concern about a patient with toothache for 5 days and 'computer says no' attitude to daily attempts to get an urgent appointment. Today for example had my whole family (think Glastonbury tickets) all calling from 8.25 am as practice opens at 8.30 am and at 8.47 am, still getting the opening hours voicemail, gave up again. Pathetic process that does not have customers interests at heart. Also maybe change the voicemail now as its January 5th so Christmas & New Year's day hours irrelevant!

    My daughters 5 month old booked dental Appointment got cancelled on the day of appointment just few hours before the appoitment time and when called to rebook, they offered an appointment date after 2 months. This is the 3rd or 4th instance that this has happened to us in last couple of years that prebooked appointment got cancelled with literally no notice at all and no closer new appointment date being offered, which shows how poor this practice is being managed at the moment. We are associated with this practice for last 7/8 years and were really happy with the service we got from them earlier. They used to have an online booking system and the practice being managed really well with nice helpful people at the reception desk, but that online booking system now cease to exist for this practice and the helpful staff at reception desk being replaced with people who are either clueless at customer service or they dont want to help manage the practice efficiently. Things needs to change at this practice quickly otherwise they are going downhill very fast unfortunately and people like me who were previously providing positive feedback of this practice to friends and family will just stop doing that and start moving away to another practice.

    My daughter and I have been coming to this dental practice for a good seven or so years already. They have friendly and competent staff. Thank you for a great dental service.
