My appointment for April was cancelled without any contact to inform. I only knew when I arrived for the appointment and I was told a letter was sent to inform me. I never received any letter, so I asked the receptionist to confirm the address the letter was sent to, only to realise the address saved under my child’s details was a different address. When I showed my concern of why that happened, the receptionist showed no remorse and was being rude instead. She then asked me if I would like her to change the address, obviously she shouldn’t have asked me that because they wrongly using someone address as my child’s and the way to resolve it was to correct it. Not a good experience

You said my daughter quakidued for braces on the NHS and said tge waiting time was 2 years. When i chased it you then said it was 4 years which she would then be 19 poor service poor communication only care if people pay privately

I have recently had my braces removed and I am absolutely delighted with the results. My teeth look amazing. Thank you to the wonderful team at Braces and Faces who are always so friendly and professional and do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you again.

I found the first appointment went well but the last appointment was poor. I felt I couldn’t ask questions and was very rushed.

I was terified to visit the dentist after 12 years i was treated with kindness and empathy and supported through my treatment..staff are very kind and understanding..i had to cancel some appointments due to work but they were quickly rearranged without problem..highly recommend

The cleanliness and friendly staff. If I was to look in to Invisalign I would certainly check your place out first. I have two daughter, one who is on the list and another who is still waiting to be assessed, it would have been great if I could have had them seen together.
