My dentist left pre COVID (2019) and I have been told since that they are trying to source a new dentist. At the time of writing this (03/2024) they still haven't acquired a new dentist and are only giving out the option to either go private with them or an emergency appointment only. When I have asked for an appointment with another dentist no appointments are available but if I went private I could get an appointment the next day. Today I called and asked for an emergency appointment and was told I had been de registered as I haven't seen a dentist for so long!! It's laughable. I haven't been able to get an appointment as all they want is for you to go private so they get more money. A really really poor practice. Receptionists are also really unhelpful! Avoid this dentist.

On arrival staff are always pleasant, friendly and the atmosphere in the building feels warm and inviting. My appointment was on time and the treatment spot on as were the staff.

I am a extremely nervous patient.i haven’t been to the dentist for over 7 years I couldn’t be in better hands .the dentist was extremely understanding and the care I got was excellent .i couldn’t have found such a lovely dentist the staff and facilities are great

Best dental care of our lives. Really clean and hygenic, staff get to know patients, always see the same brilliant dentist for restoration and saving teeth. In addition, they really care about mental health and make additional adjustments for any physical disability. 11 out of 10!
