Went emergency dentist there was in 5 mins hardly took a look said infection I’m still in agony no help

Staff are rude and dismissive, but standard of cleanliiness and treatment was more concerning. Will never go there again!

I went as an emergency, they did exactly what they needed to do. The dentist was polite and very understanding espically suffering with anxiety and having a panic attack. It was great service and I would go again!

Makes you feel calm. Very polite and informative about the treatment you are to receive. Very impressed with way they delt with the covid to help keep us all safe.

Had a tooth removed which wor.ried me somewhat but the dentist was extremely supportive and gentle. The tooth was carefully worked on and i was constantly checked for discomfort or pain. I honestly didn't feel a thing and was so surprised when it had been removed. Great understanding and excellent work from the dentist.

I work shift work and it’s very hard to arrange time off for appointments, I made an appointment 3 months ago, the day before they rang and confirmed the appointment only for them to ring back and cancel it, I’m on a prescription off special tooth paste which I’m nearly out off, the next appointment they can give me is end off July and I can’t have another prescription until then,I asked to speak the the practice manager but she was too busy…I’m not impressed by their leave off patient care, however I’m hoping this will improve
