The dentist was gentle and considerate in examining my mouth. The receptionist helped me with the door as I was on crutches. Thank you for still treating me under the NHS.

Lovely dentist, as always. However a receptionist was shouting at a customer on the phone in reception which I thought was very loud and unprofessional.

Thorough exam, follow-up x-ray, a carefully explained diagnosis, with a watch and wait approach without pressure for more dental treatment

Today was my first paid for appointment £65. I was hoping, as it was a longer booking than with the NHS, that it would be a fuller checkup. All that happened was a look around my mouth, no longer than 3 minutes. Then asked to come back in a year. Very friendly. But why not fill the time with a scale and polish as used to happen in normal check ups? I have paid for the whole time.

Whilst the treatment was satisfactory the automated booking and cancellation service was atrocious The IT system needs a radical overhaul before I re book an appointment
