    The dentist was very good and polite. The service was also good and efficient and me and my family have been with this dental practice for nearly 9 years.

    During my time at the dentist, I had experienced rude customer service from the dentist. This was my first time attending here thinking it would provide excellent service.The receptionist and the dentist assistant was nice and welcoming however, I did not get the same welcome from the dentist. The dentist was rude and did not take my check up seriously. I did not feel welcomed and was even rude to my dad. When he spoke ,the dentist tried to avoid him and in the middle of his sentence the dentist said ‘bye’ and did not listen. My dad did not come across as rude and was being nice throughout the whole time at this dentist. I’m shocked at this poor customer service and surprise that the staff treats their patients like this. Hopefully, this dentist improves their customer service.
