I was referred here from my own dentist, as I had to have a extraction and under anestic, my first vistit I was really worried It was one in one out thinking they havnt got time fir the patients, well how wrong was I , I was booked the following week and the services was superb, from the minute I was called into the room the whole team were hands on then the Dr came in to give me the anestic what a lovely man , he put me a ease, had alittle laugh and a joke, after that I woke up all done !!! Went to recovery for 30 mins and then went home. I really would recommend this dentist surgery 5 stars from me!!!

I was made welcome by lovely receptionist also dentist was amazing made me feel relaxed and very professional he did a wonderful job, dental nurse was fantastic too asking if i was ok she was so lovely brill dental practice well done,

This is a very busy practice and so the waiting area is noisy and basic.... it isn't a calm or friendly environment. This was impactual on me as I am a nervous patient. The dentist was professional and had a pleasant manner. I felt that his nursing assistant could have had more awareness.... turn the music down, don't have personal chat with another nurse that came into the room.... Just a little awareness to the fact that nervous patients senses are heightened and it's so very important to create a calm and professional environment for patients.

Thankyou so much Bhandal Cradley Heath Dental Practice, I am very anxious and get very stressed when I go to the Dentist. I had to have Three Fillings and to say I was very stressed and anxious is an understatement. After my consultation I was made to feel at ease and everything was explained what was going to be done, the team was exceptional and I can't praise them enough. I did have to have sedation to have my treatment done but the kindness understanding and patience was amazing. I will most definitely recommend my Family and Friends to go to this Dental Practice…..Bhandals I can't thank them enough ************************************************************************************** ******************************

I am really impressed with the service I received here, I was seen as an emergency for an extraction an was treated very kindly and very efficiently, staff were very friendly and looked after me whilst I was there, The extraction was done very quickly which was great as I was a very nervous patient, I will recommend this practice Thankyou

I visited this practice as my own dentist is ill& he trained at this practice. I was treated very professionally with close supervision of the work to be done, X-rays were taken & I was reassured that my teeth have been well looked after over many years. I would certainly return if any teeth problems occur.

My son was referred to Bhandal's for extraction of two teeth in readiness for his braces being fitted. Our own dentist tried but my son was too anxious so referred us to Bhandal's to have them out with gas & air. My son was very nervous about having the gas & air but the assistant put him (and me) at ease and talked us through what would happen. All staff involved were really professional and caring and kind to my nervous son. The main dentist came and took them out which took seconds. We were seen on time with no waiting around. We were not rushed out after the procedure. What a credit all your staff are to The NHS. Thank you.

I visited this dental practice with my disabled daughter. She's a full time wheelchair user, no walking or standing on her own. The only wheelchair access the surgery has is the entrance and the disabled toilet and of course the room that we went through. The experience was awful, my daughter even had a panic attack/ ansiedade period after leaving the surgery. The X-ray room is far to small and not suitable for a wheelchair user, there is no space for the X-ray machine to go around the patient that uses a wheelchair. My daughter had a lot of pressure on her shoulders because the machine got stuck on it. She refuses to go back , the whole experience was very traumatic for her. We are talking about a young adult with Cerebral Palsy that is looking forward to have some independence and freedom but unfortunately a place like this is definitely to avoid in the future. It is also a very busy/ crowded area and the receptionist should be more polite and helpful. Kind regards Ana

I have been in pain for over a week. My second appointment after the pain did not improve was meant to be at 5:20. Went in finally just before 6 (they close at 6) one of the first things the dentist said to me was if I needed treatment I would have to go back another day because it was nearly 6! Not my fault they were running late! Felt like I had to constantly probe to get answers. Didn't advise anything for my pain and I am in even more pain today. I think he was more bothered about finishing on time. I know it's a large dentist but there is no personal touch. Patients are just on a conveyor belt!
