The lady was very helpful. I was quite surprised when she said she could take my teeth out while i was there. She did a good job

Everything was explained. Going to see a denist/hygienist is not one of my favourite things to do, but needs to be done, and the ladies made me feel comfortable, and took the time to answer my questions. Many thanks to all

Tooth has snapped off. I did not expect to wait till 21 February for a check up before work to add tooth to denture can begin. Plate is rubbing against cheek so only in mouth to eat.

Staff friendliness as soon as I walked in was what stood out. The dentist I saw was amazing! He was kind and patient and above all for me, he was gentle (because I get very nervous!)

Didn’t have to wait to be seen. Perhaps when the dentist and his assistant go to their computer screens after an inspection or whatever, they could tell you what they are doing now and ask you to wait for them to up date their system. Cos I wasn’t sure if I should leave the room or did I have to wait.

The dentist receptionist found an appointment for me to have a cap ref fitted on the same day that I rang. The appointment was on time and, the dentist re fitted the cap after a lot of attempts. The tooth had altered shape, so the dentist reshaped the tooth to make the cap fit again. Very pleased, as I didn’t have to have another crown made.

The Receptionists are always so friendly and always try accommodate you to the best of their abilities. My Dentist has always put me at ease, never judges and will do anything in his power to help me. Thank you!
