i was seen at this dentist as an emergency on a Sunday morning after contacting 111. i cannot thank them enough, i’m a nervous patient and i have never been put more at ease. the dentist was extremely kind and explained everything. i would recommend this practice.

Dr Patel and her staff are so helpful, professional, really made my son feel at ease and answered any questions he had about his procedure. They most certainly go that extra mile. My son was referred as an emergency patient via 111. He has been in agony with sleepless nights for two evenings. He is very pleased that he can finally know that his tooth is on the mend and that the pain is going to reduce. Thank you so much, Dr Patel.

I attended yesterday 11.01.24 via 111 nhs emergency appointment, i just wanted to say what a pleasure it was attending the clinic! the receptionist lady was such a delight!! she was so kind, Reassuring and very welcoming! The clinic was exceptionally clean throughout and the whole experiance was a delight! It was playing on my mind and i needed to give credit where credit is due! many thanks again!

Absolutely disgusted, last year I had a nerve dying in my tooth, I was literally screaming and crying in constant pain. Had a appointment with a dentist who said the nerve was not dying and sent me home went back for another appointment with same dentist was seen for second opinion by her colleague they both dident have a clue. Then they told me that the nerve is dying causing the pain (this was quite obvious). I was told they can’t do anything I would have to book an appointment to be seen another day so they can do a root canal or extract the tooth and literally told me to leave what a disgrace. I had no choice to get second option from a professional dentist service, I went to another local dentist who booked me in for a second opinion but stated they could not do anything as it was a 10 minute urgent slot. When I went the the dentist sat and said I am not prepared to leave you in the pain and started a root canal process which was so kind considering I’m not even there patient. How can a practice surgery who I’m not even a patient with do this however my own dentist just fobbed me off. So today I have called as my wisdom tooth is causing me unbearable pain and once again they can’t do anything for me not even a urgent appointment this time. Absolutely ridiculous, I’m crying in pain and ask for a urgent appointment to come to now as I cannot cope any longer and the response is no not now, or today. Manager had no sympathy or intentions to help today.

I recently saw the dental therapist for quite a lot of white fillings and deep cleaning. I hadn’t visited a dentist for many years and was very self conscious of my teeth. They had a lot of holes and dark patches and I was embarrassed but she was so kind and friendly. She went out of her way to help me and when I looked in the mirror after I almost cried with happiness. It was like I had been given a makeover. I no longer cover my mouth when I talk and can smile in photos. Thank u so much. Also, the availability and short waiting time of appointments was great with pretty much every Tues and Thurs with lots of choice. Highly recommend.

I was in severe pain with what I thought was a cracked back tooth. I contacted 111 and was given an appointment the next day, which was a Sunday. I was seen straight away, had X-rays taken, and it was discovered that I had decay underneath the existing filling. The filling was removed and a temporary one put in. I was very impressed with the whole experience! 10/10

Brilliant standards of care and preventative support and advice. All staff I have experienced are professional and a credit to the NHS . Thanks so much and would really recommend this practice to anyone

came for a emergency appointment and was seen straight away. Very kind and gentle with me, made me feel at ease. Highly recommend will definitely be coming back more for check ups!

I was seen here through 111 on Sunday. The dentist and dental nurse were so kind, explained my problem ( dry socket), treatment and expected recovery so well. A huge thank you to them and to 111 also for their kindness and efficiency.

Attended through a referral from NHS 111 on a Sunday The service from the receptionist, dental nurse and dentist was faultless - with the pain I was experiencing alleviated in no time at all. Would only accept the NHS basic charge; when I would have paid ten times that for the pain relief afforded. Well done NHS 111 and Bedwell Cresent Dental Practice.
