Awful dental surgery! Appointments always being changed on the day. Attempted a tooth extraction hour long then to get told they have run out of time and I need to be referred then wouldn’t see me after I got infection to give me antibiotics had to go to hospital instead! Will never go back!

It’s taken me 3 weeks just to get a receptionist to answer the phone to book an appointment! No one ever answers & the receptionists are so rude! Pretends to not hear my details but happily sitting there talking to other members of staff. Very unhelpful.

Rude receptionist, they only care about the money and the staff lie to you and won't send referrals to the place you ask for. All in all, one of the worst dentist surgery's I have ever been to. Also they are rubbish with extremely nervous patients and have no care or compassion. The dentist, his assistant and the receptionist were all incredibly rude and arrogant.
