    Visited this afternoon having seen board outside advertising for NHS patients. Friendly receptionist, took details, completed screen and handed me an appointment card for next week. I would say that is very efficient. John.

    I phoned the practice and enquired whether they take any new NHS patients and was informed that they do. I was told to come and register with them. I live in Camden so it took me about 40 minutes of travelling and 20 minutes of finding the practice and when I turned up it was 1:15 pm. I knocked on the door of the practice (there is no bell) and the lady who opened told me "we're on the lunch, come at 2". She was chewing while talking. I was disappointed with her attitude and decided not to come back.
