I am coming to the end of the dental plan they put in place and I have found everyone involved in Bateman and best so polite and friendly their is centred around the patient and their help to understand the choices I was making was priceless from removals to denture processes the whole process has been really easy for me which considering I have ASD I felt quite comfortable and well cared for would highly recommend if you can't get access ask to go on their waiting list it is well worth the wait

Nervous people having treatment with the young lady who attended to me will be in good hands. I'm not the best of dental patients, but she explained what she was doing and was very patient with me. The actual extractions were fine and didn't cause me any issues or too much afterpain, although due to having an alternative local anaesthestic (I'm not able to have the normal one), I did have more injections than normal and these left my mouth quite sore for a few days. Not the fault of the dentist, it's just the way it is. I'd certainly recommend the young lady at this NHS practice to anyone.
