Attended for an NHS Emergency appointment over the weekend. Excellent service from caring and compassionate staff. Very happy with the treatment I received and am grateful to them all.

I went to this dentist with toothache and a worry about my wisdom tooth pushing my other teeth out. I left feeling humiliated and like i’d wasted their time. The dentist was so so rude and kept patronising me by calling me ‘love’. She then used the phrase ‘im not here to solve all your problems’ when I was asking for dental advice. I left having no procedure and still got toothache. The receptionist was also rude and was huffing and puffing about the fact she had to come off her break. I would sooner rather all my teeth fell out than return there. Awful.

Rang the emergency no as my private dentists binned me off for not going for regular check ups, abbey road dentists saw me same day v efficient receptionist and lovely dental nurse and dentist reassuring and professional , you read horror stories of people in parts of the country not being able to see a dentist , not so in barrow , thank you so much
