Joined lots of waiting lists for NHS over last 5years with no success. Managed2 get a place at this dentist from phoning up and waiting on their waiting list. Lots of places didn't even let you join a list. Visited practice for new patient appointment. I was first asked about my current dental routine was, and got a lesson on brushing and dental care and were given real thought in to my dental routine going forward and where I could make improvements. This really helped the Dentist create a relaxing atmosphere and develop a repor. I was then checked and looked at and given x-rays and given clear advice back on what next steps were. The dentist was so approachable and full of teaching. He was outstanding, I got to hear what I should be doing with my teeth. The lesson what I was given is what people up and down the country need and kids need to receive in schools as part of curriculum. I was informed of any treatment needed and scheduled in for that it has since been carried out too. Hygienist gave a detailed account of how to use pics and floss and advised how I could plan my eating in better around my teeth brushing. Reception staff were very efficient while being kept very busy. This place is absolutely excellent. They also helped some of their patients who came in with emergencies too when I was there too. Before I left last time dentist said if you have any soreness or problems he would even ring back too. Am so lucky now to have not just an NHS dentist but access to a great practice with a great team. Thanks again.

After years of not attending a dentist due to past bad experiences and fear of the dentist. I really needed to get my remaining teeth looked at and repaired, The dentist I got is exceptional he took his time explaining what the treatment plan is and when carrying out the work he explained exactly what he was about to do and what I would feel and willing to stop at a moments notice if I needed him to. With this approach I actually found myself starting to relax whilst in the chair something I have never been able to do in the past. Exceptional service would highly recommend especially for nervous patients.

The staff are unhelpful when you call up with queries. Undermining tone in my experience of a phone call and was laughed at when I asked for clarity of something.
