Excellent staff, reception, dental nurses and dentists. Make you feel at ease. Lovely and clean. No waiting. Good booking system. Had a cracked tooth. Within 10 minutes was all sorted

Just prior to my recent planned dental review I had chipped the top of a lower front tooth, which was filled as part of the review. The available filling base was extremely small and the filling failed after around one week. A new appointment was organised for three weeks later (NHS service only seems to be available on a Friday at this practice). I attended this appointment, explained the situation, received an apology, the dentist then specified a different bonding agent, refilled the tooth and, to date, it retains the new profile and seems to be working well. Many thanks to my excellent and understanding practice!

I am pleased to hear your treatment has now been successful and can only apologise for the delay as we are incredible busy and your dentist only works with us on a Friday. If you need to be seen on a different day do speak with the practice manager as I am sure this can be accommodated.

The premises was clean and tidy, parking was easy, staff were friendly and welcoming. Dentist and dentists assistant were friendly and very professional.

I visited the practice on the 26th February and was seen before my appointment time.The dentist explained fully my requirements in a very pleasant manner. Could not have wished for anything more.

My wife and I visited our regular dentist for normal check up. As usual the very pleasant and cheerful nurse took us through to the surgery, where our lady dentist was waiting to greet us. Our check up's were straightforward, although I had chipped a front tooth, which I elected to have filled. The work was duly done and proved to be a great improvement. The whole procedure was conducted in the normal pleasant atmosphere that the practice always exudes. I have been a patient at this practice for many years now and it is the best one I have ever attended, even though, over the years I have been registered with several different dentists within this practice, all practitioners have been extremely caring and understanding. Well done Aycliffe Dentists!!

From welcome arrival to dentist's chair for an extraction I was made to feel calm, no fuss. Anesthetic injection virtually painless, not too much; gentle but firm extraction, recovered very quickly at home. Aycliffe is excellent in all ways, wonderful practice!

I have been a patient of this practice for 25 to 30 years. The practice has markedly improved up till now. It's an excellent dental practice the owner and staff can be proud of their achievements. Standard of care, upgrade to the facilities or brilliant in my opinion!
