I had a small filling at the start of 2024, then in march that tooth popped (I didn't know they could do that) but I then got another filling a few weeks later. It is now the end of may and the same tooth has popped, I really regret going to the dentist the first time, i've never had an issue with my teeth until now. The worst thing is I actually pay for my dental plan. The service i get is definitely not worth it. I have now been trying to get through to book another appointment for the last 2 days and keep spending 30 minutes on hold. I've given up at this point just so appalled with the service. I did think of booking online but no you cant just book an appointment, you have to pay £65 for an emergency appointment ointment, even though i pay so I can get them for free (technically speaking) It is just a joke, they obviously don't know what they're doing anymore, I dont suggest going here if you are looking for a dentist!

Unprofessional and irresponsible! Had bad history with this dentistry in general for a couple last year . Booked check up with my kids , waiting time 4months , only to get text today 1 hour before appointment thar is cancelled. Because of that I've missed day at work (booked it as day off) and my daughter is late to High School because of you.this is not the first time !happened before. Waiting time is shocking! They unregistered me because I missed 2 check ups appointments, because of my work reasons. But at the same time they can cancel they appointments at any time and occasion. My kids dentist seems to have to clue whats she's doing! Untrusted place .do not recommend.

Referred for extraction due to extent of it, all staff were friendly and approachable even from telephone calls to in person. Was supportive and made it feel more ease of a procedure. Really pleased with experience

Was referred by my dentist for a complicated tooth extraction, whole process took less than 15 minutes. Really professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I got referred here for a wisdom tooth extraction and they dentist and dental nurse were both absolutely brilliant and patient with me! I was so nervous about the procedure and they made me feel at ease

I went in concerned about a referral for a difficult extraction. I was in and out within 10 mins. Really surprised when she said, its all out.

Today I visited the hygienist, the service was excellent. The practice is clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Fabulous visit after being referred from my own dentist for a tooth extraction. They put me at ease and was a calm environment. I would definitely look into transferring to this practice when taking on new patients

I’m a very nervous person but the staff and practitioners put me at ease and reassured me there was nothing to worry about as they was there to look after me, they was very informative throughout the procedure and aftercare what an excellent service they provided.
