    They mention that they are taking NHS patients. Upon calling them they say they have more than 400 patients waiting to be taken on their list. Then they offer a private consultation. This is a disgusting marketing technique using government sources.

    I attended this practice as they are the only ones in the area accepting NHS patients. But they refuse to apply NHS bands prices, and only offer private jobs instead. I could only book and consultation if I requested a private hygienist visit for £65. In the middle of the visit, the machine broke down, and they told I could only finish the job if I paid for another booking for another day... Every single time I have attended to ask for a treatment, they said that an NHS treatment was not available, and that I needed to do it privately. I see in their Google reviews that this is something that they do often, an they use the NHS decoy to get more clients which they will later get advantage of and charge them private fees
