I was greated with a lovely welcome from reception,and the dentist and assistant were absolutely fantastic kind and caring and calmed me down! She held my hand they talked me through it which eased my fear.i would highly recommend this practice.

Service was good but a scale and polish under the NHS should be included but Apple dental don’t provide this. This seems a little money grabbing.

Apart from an emergency appointment during lockdown, I have been going to Michael House for most of my life. I have always found him to be friendly, honest and efficient. Todays appointment was no exception, check up, two broken teeth that I mentioned were identified and treatment is scheduled for the following month. Very happy with the service as always and I plan to sign my partner and son up as soon as possible.

My hygenist appointment was brilliant. The support and guidance provided is always appreciated. The reception team were fantastic as well. Thank you all for helping me maintain a healthy set of teeth.

Excellent service as always, they managed to get me in quickly, as i was needing some treatment for a chipped tooth, & a loose filling required treatment also Thanks again.

My dentist was so nice, appreciative of personal comment and explained everything I needed to know. Reception staff were excellent and friendly (as usual).
