As always the service from reception to dentistry was very good. Friendly staff and helpful. Our dentist had been on maternity leave, but as always she spoke to us as if it was only last month that we saw her.

Cannot fault my actual experiance at the Dentist, they are always very professional, polite and friendly. The only real issue I have is that in order to fill out the pre-visit forms it is necessary to follow an unverifiable hyperlink, that is sent in an email or text message. Generally speaking it is considered very bad practice to click such links in emails and absolutely never when it comes to SMS messages. They should only provide a human readable link to their official website in an E-Mail. Phishing is very common these days, and I am no longer willing to click on any link that I am unable to independently verify, and would hope others were taking similar precautions. This is a matter that the practice should address urgently.

Smiling faces on reception, hygienist and dentist both very welcoming. Seen on time and very happy with the service provided

Reception girls are always friendly and helpful, and the practice is clean and tidy. I highly recommend the dentists, i have always been terrified of going but since joining this practice i have no fear and totally trust them to carry out what ever needs doing with the least pain or anxiety. I have had many teeth removed and dental work carried out but have felt calm and comfortable there. If i have needed an emergency appointment they have managed to squeeze me in. In my opinion the best dental practice i have visited in my 60 odd years.

I have waited two years to pluck up the courage to have a crown done on my tooth. The dentist was aware I was nervous and made me feel comfortable. The crown is fantastic and made me feel so much better. Thank you for a great service and making me feel comfortable.

Everything was explained slowly and clearly and repeated to be sure that I understood what was a traumatic situation. I was treated gently and kindly. I would highly recommend them but they no longer accept NHS patients & haven't for some time.
